Two updates have landed in the Commercial module today. Both are aimed at the parts of an agent's day that quietly eat time – the diary, the call-backs, the notes that never get written up — and both should make them easier to stay on top of.

A Commercial diary that shows the whole agency

Until now, Commercial sat slightly apart from the rest of Loop. If a colleague in Sales or Lettings had a viewing at the same time as your appraisal, you wouldn't see it from the Commercial diary — you'd have to switch modules to find out. From today, the Commercial Diary shows Sales and Lettings appointments alongside your own, so nobody's double-booked and nothing slips.

Switch between Day, Week, Month and Tasks views depending on what you're looking for, flip to a team view to see who's where, and add colleagues to your diary so the schedule you see is the schedule of the agency, not just of one department.

The event picker covers what a Commercial day actually contains: viewings, appraisals, meetings, calls and tasks, plus any custom event types your agency has set up. Link an event to a Commercial property in a couple of taps and the connection sits with both records — you'll see it on the property file and on the diary, and any team member who opens either will see the same picture.

Notes that keep themselves tidy

The second update is to Notes & Activity within the Commercial module — the running record against every property, owner, enquiry and offer. The view has been rebuilt to bring every note, call and follow-up into one place, and to keep it current without you having to refresh.

Logging a call no longer means typing the same thing twice. One tap on Called, Left message or No answer stamps the time, the date and your name automatically, and the entry appears against the right record straight away. Filter the view by Notes, Activities or Logs to find what you need, or schedule the next follow-up without leaving the page. The list refreshes itself, so what you see is always what's actually there.

Small change, big difference: less time spent on the admin around the work, more time on the work itself.
