What's new

Vibeathon Release

  • →AI image enhancer in Sales, Lettings and Commercial properties
  • →AI driven viewing feedback on residential sales and lettings
  • →AI driven sales progression summary on residential sales

We recently gave our development team a week and a simple brief: build whatever would make Loop quicker and easier to use, day to day. We call it a vibeathon. Three of the ideas are now making their way into the platform — all aimed at saving you time and helping you win more business. Here's what's new.

Lia image enhancer

Good photos sell homes, but not every shot lands first time. The Lia image enhancer lets you improve a property photo in a single click, without leaving Loop. Lift a flat sky, warm up a dull room or shift a scene to dusk — the edit happens at 2K, so the result is sharp enough for brochures and portals.

A history slider sits alongside every image, so you can compare the enhanced version against the original and revert at any point. You stay in control of how each photo looks. While we test this new feature, you get five free image enhancements per day.

One thing worth saying plainly: enhanced images are a marketing aid, and the property still needs to match reality. Use them honestly, as you would any staging.

Where to find it: in the Media & Text tab on a residential property record, or the Media tab on a commercial property record.

Lia viewings feedback summary

After a busy run of viewings, the feedback piles up — and it's easy to lose the thread of what buyers are actually telling you. Lia now reads it all and pulls it into one short summary on the viewing tab.

Colour-coded chips flag the points that come up most often, in green for positive and red for negative, and the summary draws on both written feedback and "not interested" responses. The result is an easy read you can share with your vendor, and a clear prompt for any conversation about price or presentation. Each summary carries a thumbs up and thumbs down too, so you can tell us how useful it was and help us improve it.

The summary is AI-generated and labelled as such, so do give it a quick read before you share it with a vendor.

Where to find it: on the viewing tab of a property record.

Seller Spy in Loop Prospecting (Coming Soon)

Some of the best instructions are hiding in plain sight: a buyer registered with you who is also trying to sell, through another agent. Seller Spy, part of Loop Prospecting, matches the buyers on your books to homes currently on the market elsewhere and surfaces the ones worth a conversation.

It flags the signs that someone may need to move quickly — a slow mover, a price reduction, or a chain that's moving fast around them. If a buyer's onward purchase is progressing while their own sale isn't, that's your opening to approach them and ask whether they'd like to sell through you too. From the widget you can book an appraisal, create a letter, request a callback or mark do-not-disturb, all kept in step with Prospecting. You can set the estimated fee at any rate that suits your agency.

Where to find it: on your lobby dashboard, if you have Loop Prospecting. You'll see a notification inviting you to add the widget. (Coming Soon)

Try them out

That's the latest from the vibeathon. Log in to try the new features, or talk to your account manager if you'd like a hand getting started. And if you've got an idea for what we should build next, we'd love to hear it.
